Conduit DSP LLC ("Conduit DSP," "we," "our," or "us") is a small, independent audio software company based in New York. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We keep things simple because we are a small operation and we only collect what we actually need.

1. Information We Collect

Email address. When you download a free plugin, join a waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase a product, we receive the email address you provide. We use it to deliver downloads and service messages. Because we are a small operation, we may also send subscribers occasional news about future Conduit DSP products, updates, and discounts. We will not bombard you, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Purchase information. If you buy a paid plugin, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider). We receive confirmation that a sale occurred and the email address associated with the order. We do not store or see your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment details — Lemon Squeezy handles all of that.

Optional website analytics. If you choose “Allow analytics” in our site banner, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, referral source, browser/device type, and time on site. We use it to understand how people find us and which content is useful. Analytics does not load if you choose “No thanks.”

Support communications. If you email us for support, we keep that email thread so we can follow up and improve our products. We do not share those conversations with anyone.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your email address or any personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting on other platforms.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We use a small number of third-party tools to run our business. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data:

We are selective about the tools we use. We do not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or behavioral advertising scripts on this website.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The site uses browser local storage to remember your cart, currency, and analytics choice. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and shopping, downloads, and the rest of the site continue to work if you reject analytics.

5. Data Retention

We keep your email address on our active list for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing to that address, while retaining only the records needed to honor your request and meet legal or operational obligations. Purchase records are retained as required for business, tax, fraud-prevention, and support purposes.

6. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. You can also email us to request that we delete your data, correct inaccurate information, or find out exactly what information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email us and we will work with you directly.

7. Children

Our products and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and, if the changes are significant, notify our email list. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
