What platforms are supported?
Robin Control Lite 2.0.0 supports macOS 11 or later on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs in VST3, AU, and AAX formats, plus 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 in VST3 and AAX formats. Check your account downloads for available installers.
What DAWs are compatible?
Robin Control Lite 2.0.0 works in compatible macOS and Windows DAWs. VST3 hosts include Ableton Live, REAPER, and Studio One; AU supports Logic Pro on Mac; and AAX supports Pro Tools on both platforms.
How do I install a plugin?
Get your free Robin Control Lite license through Moonbase, then download the installer from your fulfillment email or account. Close your DAW before installing, then reopen it and activate the plugin using the email associated with your license. Restart or rescan your DAW if the plugin does not appear immediately.
Does Lite require activation?
Version 2.0.0 requires a free Moonbase license, with up to 10 activated devices. Online licenses allow up to 90 days without successful online validation, subject to license expiry or revocation. A separate permanent offline activation flow is available. See the license terms.
What is the difference between Robin Control and Robin Control Lite?
Robin Control Lite is a free version with core round robin management features. Robin Control includes the full feature set with advanced randomization control and additional options.
Do you offer refunds?
Robin Control Lite is free. Refund terms for future paid products will be shown on the product page and at checkout. If something goes wrong, contact hello@conduitdsp.com and we will help.
How do I get updates?
We email important updates for plugins you have downloaded or purchased. You can also check the Updates page for the latest release notes.
