What platforms are supported?
Our plugins support Windows (VST3, AAX) and macOS (VST3, AU, AAX).
What DAWs are compatible?
Any DAW that supports VST3, AU, or AAX formats — including Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, FL Studio, Reaper, Studio One, and more.
How do I install a plugin?
After purchasing, download the installer from your account. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. Restart your DAW and the plugin will appear in your plugin list.
What is the difference between Robin Control and Robin Control Lite?
Robin Control Lite is a free version with core round robin management features. Robin Control includes the full feature set with advanced randomization control and additional options.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@conduitdsp.com for a full refund.
How do I get updates?
We will send you via email updates for any plugin in you've purchased from us. Check the Updates page to see the latest release notes.
