Conduit DSP LLC ("Conduit DSP," "we," "our," or "us") is a small, independent audio software company based in New York. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We keep things simple because we are a small operation and we only collect what we actually need.

1. Information We Collect

Email address. When you download a free plugin or join a waitlist, we ask for your email address. This is how we send you your download link and occasional updates about our products. That is the only personal information we collect directly.

Purchase information. If you buy a paid plugin, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider). We receive confirmation that a sale occurred and the email address associated with the order. We do not store or see your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment details — Lemon Squeezy handles all of that.

Usage data. Our website may collect standard web analytics data — pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and general geographic region (country/region level only). This is aggregated and not tied to your identity. We use this to understand how people find us and which content is useful.

Support communications. If you email us for support, we keep that email thread so we can follow up and improve our products. We do not share those conversations with anyone.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your email address or any personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting on other platforms.

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. You can also email us to request that we delete your data, correct inaccurate information, or find out exactly what information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our products and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
